Senior Product Designer
Summary
Demand IQ is looking for a Senior Product Designer to revamp their customer admin portal for home improvement contractors.
Responsibilities
- Review the research results and user stories created by the client to understand user needs and preferences.
- Do a UX Audit of the existing two-product customer portal and suggest best practices to updating it.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize system functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into design concepts.
- Design high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and feedback.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Provide design documentation and guidelines for consistent implementation.
- Build and handle a strong component library and hierarchy for easier scaling and responsiveness.
- Ensure seamless integration of design elements with the technical team's developments.
Requirements
- Experience designing customer portals, B2B SaaS products
- Experience in UX Audits
- Experience building SaaS products from scratch to final deliveries
