Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of our next-generation design system, setting new standards for visual excellence and consistency across all product interactions.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and others to integrate these advancements seamlessly, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Leverage systematic thinking to craft solutions that are not only visually appealing but deeply integrated into the fabric of user interactions.
- Mentor and inspire a team of designers, instilling a culture of design excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably within a tech-focused agency or an in-house product team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design and system thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing visual elements that enhance user interaction and engagement.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and other prototyping software.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in leading design projects within a design system team is a plus.
