UX/UI Designer

Summary

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented and meets user needs.

Responsibilities

Design and Development:

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites & apps function and look like.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Solidify designs and requirements before they are handed over to to Engineers

User Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to improve the usability and design of digital products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Collaboration:

  • Work with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
  • Ensure all designs comply with best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Portfolio of design projects.
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision, Figma).
  • Knowledge of design systems
  • Previous experience with
  • Web and Mobile UI/UX
  • Marketing documents
  • Mixed Media design
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Good time-management skills.
