Lead Technical UX/UI Product Designer
Summary
Responsible for the strategy and design of products that create an innovative, best-in-class digital experience for our customers. Capturing stakeholder feature requirements, brainstorming and analyzing ideas, and designing workflows are essential aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy and design of products that create an innovative, best-in-class digital experience for our customers
- Responsible for capturing stakeholder feature requirements, brainstorm and analyze ideas, and design workflows at a high level.
- Identifies and supports opportunities for enhancements with data and evidence
- Defines and creates user interaction flows, wireframes, follow up and review feedback on released features, and drive new features in web or mobile apps.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related
- 6+ years of experience in UX design or information architecture or related
- In lieu of education 8+ years of experience in UX design or information architecture or related
