Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for our digital products, from concept to execution - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the product vision - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design - Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture at Mochi Health
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Jira - Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
